Brett Ford
Principal
Solicitor and Barrister
Brett has been appearing in courts in relation to criminal law matters for over 15 years and is highly qualified with a Diploma in Law, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practise and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Prosecutions.
Originally a police officer, Brett gained experience in general duties, plain clothes investigations, and as a Breath Analysis Operator. He qualified as a Prosecutor and practised in that position for about 10 years, conducting literally thousands of defended hearings.
Since leaving the NSW Police in 2010, Brett has been practising exclusively in criminal law defence, representing clients in court on a daily basis. Brett has extensive experience dealing with every type of offence and is committed to providing the best possible service to his clients.
Brett has represented many clients in the Local, District and Supreme Court.
Deborah Stanton
Deborah is our highly experienced paralegal. She has worked at legal firms in this varied role for over 25 years. She can also assist you with any entitlement to legal aid.
